AU’s Virtual Exchange Programs are Booming
AU’s virtual exchange programs have attracted 1152 international students from 31 universities this year. The global rampage of COVID-19 has changed the face of international higher education. With the close of most national borders, the exchange programs between universities are suspended and the date of reopening seems uncertain at this moment. AU has approximately 400 sister universities around the world and exchange students take up a large proportion of the international students. Taiwan Higher Education Fair to be Held in Indonesia on March 27, 2021
Asia University (AU), Taiwan, just announced that the 2021 Taiwan Higher Education Fair is scheduled to be held on March 27. The education fair, organized jointly by AU and China Medical University (CMU) and the three Taiwan Education Centers in Surabaya, Jakarta and Yogyakarta, will take place from 8:00-16:00 Jakarta time. AU’s Academic Departments All Passed Teaching and Learning Accreditation
(AU welcomes the delegates from Higher Education Evaluation and Accreditation Council of Taiwan to take the on-site visit to the campus) In December, 2020, Asia University’s academic departments passed teaching and learning accreditation authorized by Higher Education Evaluation and Accreditation Council of Taiwan. All 17 departments and programs which were required for accreditation passed the evaluation after a long day’s site-visit on campus by five reviewers dispatched by the Council. Prof. Chin-chung Tsai, a well-known scholar in digital learning, was invited by President Jeffrey, J.P.
