AU’s Proposal Supported by “New Southbound Policy” Ranks No.1 in Taiwan
The proposal is to set up a “Taiwan Education Center” in Indonesia to promote student recruiting and exchanges for Taiwan’s universities. Asia University (AU) promotes the New Southbound Policy of the government with great achievements this year! First, being supported financially by the government, AU will set up a “Taiwan Education Center” in Indonesia as approved by the Ministry of Education (MOE). Second, AU has got this year a student-intern project supported by the MOE with a subsidiary of 4.22 million NTD. Asia University Is Ranked No. 4 in Top-20 Best Universities in Taiwan in School-Running Performances
Asia University is selected as the No. 4 best university by the Cheers Magazine. Ovid Tzeng, an academician of the Academia Sinica, presented the award to AU President Jing-Pha Tsai (on the right). For the third year, the Cheers Magazine held a university-performance evaluation by the presidents of 140 universities in Taiwan, and announced the top-20 best universities the other day. AU students with five works win 2 gold, 2 silver, and 2 bonze medals in the French international invention fair “Concours Lepine 2017” — a full victory! Students of Asia University (Asia University, Taiwan) (AU) with five works participated 2017 Concours Lepine, a French international invention fair in Paris, and won 1 gold, 2 silver, and 2 bronze medals — a full victory, indeed! The UK Times Higher Education (THE) Report announces the global young university ranking result, and Asia University (AU), being 16 years old only, is ranked to be in the list of top 150-200. The UK Time Higher Education (THE) Report announces the 2017 global young university ranking result on April 6, and Asia University (AU) is listed in the top 150-200. Asia University, Taiwan – The President of Asia University, Jeffrey Tsai arranged a meeting with all the international students on October 26, 2016, and showed his cordial welcome to the international students currently studying in our university. Moreover, President Tsai highlighted the equal importance of the 6 core aspects that students should pay extra attention to: personality cultivation, attitude enhancement, academic achievement, skill development, working experience, and interpersonal relationships.
