    「歐洲臺灣研究協會」(European Association of Taiwan Studies, EATS)學術活動

    為提升「臺灣研究」之能見度及推廣學術交流，該會連續14年每年擇一歐洲城市舉辦年會，各屆與會學者就臺灣政治、社會、文化、語言等議題提出論文，在歐研究臺灣之碩、博士生亦可於會中向資深學者聯繫請益，係一彰顯「臺灣研究」之國際學術平台，對提升臺灣於學術界之能見度甚具效益。   據EATS大會決定，下(第15)屆年會將於明(2018)年4月4日至6日以「永續臺灣」(Sustainable Taiwan)為題於瑞士蘇黎世大學舉行；第16屆(2019年)及17屆(2020年)將分別於英國Nottingham Trent大學及比利時布魯塞爾舉行。同時，亦預計於下屆年會發行「臺灣研究國際期刊」(International Journal of Taiwan Studies, IJTS)創刊號。 EATS每年出版2期新聞信(分別於1月及7月出刊)，其內容多為歐洲之臺灣研究活動。本期(7月31日出刊)新聞信內容包括上屆年會報告及本屆年會徵求論文訊息、「臺灣研究」之新秀學者介紹與選拔及法國與波蘭之「臺灣研究」、歐洲各大學辦理與我相關國際研討會等資訊。   相關活動訊息可至www.eats-taiwan.eu網站查閱。
